Business Feasibility Study and Development Concept 2015 prepared for Castlemaine Hot Rod Centre P/L for a Vehicle Testing Facility and Events Precinct at Gowar, Vic
Master Plan for Great Stupa Site, Bendigo 2011-12, (current) for Great Stupa of Universal Compassion Inc. Master plan has been prepared also as a comprehensive development plan required by the Comprehensive Development zoning of 90 ha site.  The plan identifies proposed uses and development including reception centre, hotel, service infrastructure, car parking and a residential community.  The plan has been prepared following completion of a bushfire management report and native vegetation assessment. Implementation by proposed Bendigo Planning Scheme Amendment C177.
Lama Yeshe Village Indicative Layout 2012 (current) prepared for Great Stupa of Universal Compassion Inc. The proposed village comprises 62 residential dwellings in the style of 2 storey attached row housing and detached dwellings. The layout has been designed in accordance with recommendations of a bushfire management statement and ecological assessment.
Castlemaine Central Area Urban Design Framework, 2002 for Mount Alexander Council: The UD Framework provides a long term vision for the Castlemaine Central Area and a co-ordinating strategy for future retail and commercial growth.  The framework recommends preferred land use and design outcomes for key sites.  the UDF is a reference document in the Mount Alexander Planning Scheme.
 Goulburn Riverside residential design 2008 for private client: A 19 lot residential subdivision adjacent to the Goulburn River
Diamond Gully Residential Village Castlemaine  2004, for private client: A residential subdivision situated on an undulating site at the edge of Castlemaine township
Other project include:Urban Design Proposals for Wellawaya and Embilipitiya 2009 & 2010.  David Robb engaged under the Planning Institute of Australia’s Post Tsunami Reconstruction and Planning Support  project to work with National Physical Planning Department of Sri Lanka. Lake Benalla Environs Study 2007 (with Regional Planning Services) for Benalla Rural City Council.  The Study develops a framework for the use, development and urban design in the environs of Lake Benalla recognising the landscape, environmental and recreational significance of the area. Atisha Comprehensive Development Plan 2005, for Atisha Committee of Management.  A comprehensive development plan prepared for Atisha Buddhist Centre site comprising proposed housing, vehicle access, car parking and site facilities.
